You want your physical assets and important papers to be found by those you leave them to. You may or may not have prepared a Will or consulted a Lawyer – that's your choice and you don't need a Will to use our service. Guardian Network provides its members with an online system to store all their important information, an Online Asset Locator Service, including the following categories:

1. Assets and where these assets are located.
   a. Bank accounts
   b. Stock Accounts
   c. Real Estate
   d. Other Assets

2. Name of the attorney that did your Will

3. Upload copies of Important Documents (Deeds, Trusts, Wills, etc.)

4. There are many more categories to choose from containing anything else you might want your family to know about if you die.

5. Chose 3 or more GUARDIANS (your mother, brother, best friend, etc.) that upon your death or incapacitation they would contact the Guardian Network and we would provide them with your user name and password. This would enable them to know what you had and where it is located.

WE DO NOT ASK FOR DOLLAR AMOUNTS. WE ONLY NEED TO KNOW THAT THE ASSETS EXIST AND WHERE THEY ARE LOCATED. ie. A checking and savings account at ABC Bank, 123 N. Federal Highway, Anywhere, Any State.

IMPORTANT:

Upon death or incapacition, and with the proper proof, the GUARDIANS will gain access to your account, they CAN NOT run to the bank and take your money (just because they know where you bank). They have to follow the terms of your WILL and/or TRUST. The sole purpose of the GUARDIAN NETWORK is to PROVIDE WHAT YOU HAVE AND WHERE IT IS LOCATED to your GUARDIANS, so they can let your children heirs, family members, etc. or whomever you requested to know what exists and where it is located. Then they still have to follow the normal procedures of your State and/or Country Laws to retrieve your assets.
IMPORTANT: We DO NOT require and/or recommend that you enter account numbers or dollar amounts for any item. All we recommend is that you list the type of asset and where it is located.
We highly recommend that you make a Will and/or Trust and upload those documents to your Guardian Asset Locator Account, which will help your Guardians.
